Returns Policy

At Pets Australia, we want you (and your pets) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is provided

How to Request a Return
Please contact us at [your customer service email] with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for return. We'll guide you through the process from there.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent.

Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pet grooming products, opened pet food, or personalised items unless faulty.
